Qualifications:

Education:

High school diploma required.

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in English preferred.

Certifications:

Montessori certification or Teachers training certification

Experience:

Previous experience in daycare, preschool, or playgroup settings.

Strong understanding of early childhood development.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to plan and implement age-appropriate activities.Patience, creativity, and a love for working with children.Previous experience in daycare, preschool, or playgroup settings.

Responsibilities:

Supervision:

Ensure children’s safety and well-being.Supervise indoor and outdoor activities.

Activities:

Plan and implement developmentally appropriate, play-based activities.sure children’s safety and well-being.Supervise indoor and outdoor activities.

Communication:

Provide updates to parents about their child’s progress.Communicate effectively with children and colleagues.

Classroom Management:

Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating environment.Implement routines for a smooth daily schedule.

Collaboration:

Work with other teachers and staff. Participate in meetings and training sessions.

Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate records of children’s development.
